1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging Studio Flrkn ("we," "us," or "our") for consulting, development, or strategic services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
We provide AI strategy consulting, custom agent development, and infrastructure automation. The specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.
3. Generative AI Disclaimer
Our services often involve the use of generative artificial intelligence models. You acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic and may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. We do not warrant that any AI-generated content or automated workflows will be error-free. It is the client's responsibility to verify critical outputs before production use.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in an SOW, the Client retains ownership of all source data and proprietary inputs. Studio Flrkn retains ownership of generalized frameworks, internal tools, and pre-existing IP used to deliver the services. Ownership of specific project deliverables is transferred to the Client upon full payment of all fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Flrkn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our AI solutions. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific engagement in question.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and trade secrets related to AI implementations.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Studio Flrkn is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
